I ORDERED THE WRONG STUFF! WHAT DO I DO?

Once you place an order at Rider Approved Designs, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email sales@radesigns.com or call us at 858-408-0083.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within two days from submission, excluding weekends and holidays. Items normally ship UPS ground (actual transit times may be up to 7 days from shipment). A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Rider Approved Designs currently ships exclusively to continental US, Alaska and Hawaii addresses. Please note that our shipping department is closed from Christmas through New Year's day, and on the Friday following the Thanksgiving holiday.

TIMING OF BILLING

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. Most orders ship within two days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Only residents in CA are required to pay sales tax.

IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?

Unused product may be returned using our free return shipping labels for full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product, you will need to return the unwanted product for a full refund, and contact customer service at 858-408-0083 or email us at sales@radesigns.com. Please allow 7-14 days from return receipt for credits to be issued.
